It’s a fact- strong athletes get injured less. It can be hard to find strength programs that compliment endurance sports, and cost-prohibitive to find workouts written with you in mind. We’ve solved that.

We are excited to offer run-focused strength training to Hogan Performance athletes at a reasonable price. Here’s what to expect: 

Seamless Integration 

  • Strength workouts are delivered weekly, alongside your other training. 

Frequency

  • Expect at least 2 workouts each week, scheduled on days that compliment your running and life. 

No home gym needed 

  • Workouts are typically circuit style, using body weight. Occasionally some extra items like bands, dumbbells, and medicine balls may enhance a workout, but are never required. 

Training you can trust 

  • All strength workouts are reviewed by coaches with proper experience and/or certifications prior to sending to you

  • Jordan, along with her vast experience, is also a credentialed strength and conditioning coach by the National Academy of Sports Medicine
