Our mindset program is provided by coaches with vast experience in mental resilience through sports. Should you want to connect with a sports psychologist, we are happy to refer you to professionals we trust!

We are excited to offer mindset and mental performance to Hogan Performance athletes at a reasonable price. Here’s what to expect: 

Seamless Integration 

  • Mental performance points are delivered weekly, alongside your other training. 

Frequency

  • Your running workout days will be heavier on mental focus points, but you can expect to see mindset cues in your plan at least 3x per week.

What is Needed

  • Your brain! And a positive, open attitude.

What Kinds of Things Can I Expect?

  • You can expect mantras, focus points, more explanation of why we are doing a certain workout, visualization strategies, self-talk tricks, and tons of positive reinforcement.
