We are excited to offer mindset and mental performance to Hogan Performance athletes at a reasonable price. Here’s what to expect:
Seamless Integration
Mental performance points are delivered weekly, alongside your other training.
Frequency
Your running workout days will be heavier on mental focus points, but you can expect to see mindset cues in your plan at least 3x per week.
What is Needed
Your brain! And a positive, open attitude.
What Kinds of Things Can I Expect?
You can expect mantras, focus points, more explanation of why we are doing a certain workout, visualization strategies, self-talk tricks, and tons of positive reinforcement.
