The food that we eat has a direct impact on our performance in life. No matter how we spend our energy performing on a day to day basis– in a corporate setting, as an athlete, chasing children, or a combination of these- the food we eat can make or break our maximum performance. We know that a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition doesn’t work. Performance nutrition goes far beyond a few calculations and cookie-cutter meal plans.

This monthly membership is geared toward the runner or endurance athlete of any level who wants to understand how to fuel their body to optimize health and performance in a way that fits into the rest of their life. These programs are great for someone who wants support and accountability making sustainable nutrition changes long-term, creating a fueling plan for a goal race, optimizing their nutrition to come back from and/or prevent injury, troubleshoot GI issues & other symptoms, and foster a healthy relationship with food and body image.

Our monthly nutrition coaching program includes:

  • Initial 60-minute virtual consult with a detailed evaluation of current diet and lifestyle habits

  • Blood work review

  • Personalized nutrition plans tailored to your individual needs, goals, and training regimen

  • Eating strategies for optimal recovery

  • Guidance on sports nutrition products/supplements as well as vitamin and mineral supplementation

  • Continuous support and accountability through weekly coaching calls

  • Unlimited e-mail access to your dietitian in between appointments to check in & ask questions

  • Performance nutrition recommendations: before, during and after training

  • Race day nutrition plan 

  • Option for continued support once your package ends
