Hi all, I’m Rachael!

I started running for fun in high school, and started racing in college. In 4th grade, a doctor told me that due to an issue with my foot, I’d never be able to run. Challenge accepted! At this point I’ve completed upwards of 100 half marathons and probably 40 fulls, as well as some ultras. I’ve fallen in love with the sport, the community, and the opportunity that it gives us to take our minds and bodies to the limit.

I live in South Lake Tahoe with my husband Wes and my 2 dogs. My pitbull mix Minnie is my favorite running buddy! When I’m not running, I’m probably reading, doing hot yoga, or enjoying the outdoors in some other form! Backpacking, hiking, paddle boarding, and mountain biking are some of my favorite cross training activities.

I look forward to using my experience and knowledge to help you achieve whatever running goals you may have. I believe in setting goals that will inspire you and keep you coming back to the sport.
